You and your spouse (or spouse-to-be) are invited to Be One's Couple Night Out 2020!

$25 per couple (Please include the name of your spouse or spouse-to-be on form)

The night includes:

- A Varsity Food Truck!

Childcare will be provided at the church (The Cleveland Worship Center) – beginning at 3 years old (must be potty-trained) through 6th grade. Childcare drop off starts at 5:30 p.m. and pick up (parent or pre-designated other) is at 9:00 p.m. Please list the names of the children you will be bringing for childcare, as well as their ages.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration deadline is AUGUST 18, 2020 at midnight for headcount reasons to caterer.
